If I don't accept your insurance but you'd still like to come in, I can provide you with a superbill.

Important polices for billing insurance:

It is your responsibility to fully understand your insurance benefits and coverage. You are responsible to pay for any appointments not covered by your insurance.
(Please note that it can take 3-5 weeks for claims to be paid or denied by your insurance)

In the event of a Late Cancel/reschedule (less than 24-hours) or No-Show, you are responsible for 100% of the appointment cost ($110 for 60-mins).
