Cancellation Policy
By booking, you agree to the Cancelation Policy. In the event of a Late Cancel/reschedule (less than 24-hours) or No-Show, you are responsible for 100% of the appointment cost ($110 for 60-mins). By booking, you also agree that you fully understand your insurance benefits and will pay out-of-pocket for any sessions that aren't reimbursed by your insurance company. (Note - it can take 3-5 weeks for claims to be paid or denied by your insurance)
